Every item is checked for quality before shipment. Your satisfaction, however, is our prime concern. If by chance you receive any articles not meeting your expectations, please Email us within 10 days of receipt of your order, and we will authorize return. If the reason for return was that the article was defective, we will pay return shipping. According to your instructions, on receipt of the returned item, we will replace it or credit your credit card. If the article is not defective, and free gift wrapping was ordered, or free or reduced shipping was provided the cost of gift wrapping ($1.50 per article) and/or the reduced shipping costs ($4.50) will be subtracted from the credit.
